Winemaker’s Notes

Deeply intense red color with broad tears and an enveloping presence. Offers an exquisite blend of red fruits, berries, plum preserves, quince, spices, chocolate, and vanilla. Broad and sweet tannins with great body and structure, featuring complex fruity sensations, preserves, spices, and oak. Prolonged persistence.

Traditional method with 20 days of fermentation between 21°C and 26°C, including maceration. Malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
