Harvest:
Hand-harvested in the morning at low temperatures, using 20 kg boxes.
Grape cluster selection on a sorting table.
Second half of March 2023.
Winemaker:
Marcos Etchart (Cafayate, Salta, Argentina).
Vinification:
Cold maceration for 5 days.
Fermentation at controlled temperatures (25°C) in 12,500-liter stainless steel tanks.
Indigenous yeasts (naturally occurring yeasts from the grape).
Tasting Notes:
Bright and clear in appearance, with an intense color and violet reflections.
Intense aroma, with a strong fruity character (plums, cherries) and a hint of spices.
On the palate, it mirrors its fruity profile, with excellent varietal typicity, firm and mature tannins, balanced acidity, and a long finish.
