Estate: Finca Tolombón, Valles Calchaquíes, Salta, Argentina.
Vine training system: Espalier.
Pruning: Spur cordon.
Irrigation: Drip irrigation.
Altitude: 1,700 meters above sea level.
Production: 93,600 bottles.

Harvest:

Hand-harvested in the morning at low temperatures, using 20 kg boxes.
Grape cluster selection on a sorting table.
First half of March 2023.

Winemaker:

Marcos Etchart (Cafayate, Salta, Argentina).

Vinification:

Cold maceration for 5 days.
Fermentation at controlled temperatures (25°C) in 12,500-liter stainless steel tanks.
Indigenous yeasts (naturally occurring yeasts from the grape).

Tasting Notes:

Bright and clear in appearance, with an intense color and violet reflections.
Intense aroma, with a pronounced fruity character and a subtle oak presence that adds complexity without overpowering.
On the palate, it maintains its fruity essence, with excellent varietal typicity, spicy notes, firm yet ripe tannins, balanced acidity, and a long finish.
