Vinification:
Cold maceration for 5 days.
Fermentation at controlled temperatures (25°C) in 12,500-liter stainless steel tanks.
Indigenous yeasts (naturally occurring yeasts from the grape).
Tasting Notes:
Bright color with intense violet hues.
Powerful aroma, with a strong fruity character, spicy notes from the Cabernet Sauvignon, and a touch of oak that adds complexity.
On the palate, it maintains its fruity character, with the presence of bell pepper, typical of the dominant variety, complemented by the diversity of the other grapes. Spicy notes, firm yet ripe tannins, balanced acidity, and a long finish.
