TASTING NOTES:

This classic Sauvignon Blanc, with a greenish-yellow color and steel reflections, is extremely aromatic and fruity. Its fruitiness brings forth notes of citrus, passion fruit, freshly cut grass, rue, and graphite. In the mouth, it is extremely pleasant and fresh, displaying complex citrus fruit flavors and tropical fruits that emerge in a majestic and balanced finish. Despite its light and fresh character, its elegance lingers pleasurably on the palate.

PAIRING:

An excellent fresh wine to accompany grilled fish with lemon and salad with goat cheese. This young wine is an ideal choice to pair with crisp salads and fresh seafood (shellfish, shrimp, crab, clams, oysters, etc.). You won’t be disappointed pairing it with an Ecuadorian shrimp ceviche!

TASTING NOTES: This white trivarietal displays a brilliant straw-yellow color. Thanks to its predominance of Ugni Blanc grapes, this semi-dry young wine exhibits remarkable acidity. Its aromas evoke the scents of white flowers and the typical acidity found in golden apples and lemon peel, with a hint of basil freshness.

This abocado (semi sweet and semi dry) red wine is a blend of red grape varietals which shows a deep red color; Its aromas remind the fragrances of black fruits like plums and berries, sweet and gentle tannins and a well-balanced acidity.

This is a good wine to pair with red meats and pasta with mild sauces (avoiding pesto and tomato-based-sauces).

This trivarietal red blend shows a brillant rubi red color; Thanks to Malbec and Charbono mixture, its aromas reveal the fragrances of black fruits like plums and berries, being round with slightly sweet and gentle tannins in the mouth.

This is a well-structured-wine to pair with meat turnovers (empanadas), barbecue meats (veal or pork) and pasta with mild sauces (avoiding pesto and too spicy tomato-based-sauces).

Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon: 12.50° to 14.2°
Acidity: 5 to 5.70 gr/l

PRODUCTION:
Fermentation: Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 48 hours at 5°C. Fermentation then begins at a maximum of 25°C. Duration 15 days.

 

VINEYARD:
Located in the first wine-growing area of Mendoza (Luján and Maipú) and the Uco Valley.

 

TASTING NOTE:
At sight it presents itself with deep reds, with ruby reflections. Spicy aroma, black pepper, fruits such as cassis and fresh currants. Pleasant tannins combined with ripe red fruits and a subtle hint of vanilla and smoke.

Tasting Notes
This 100% Malbec varietal red wine is an excellent exponent of the Argentine emblematic variety. This is a wine with an intense red color, dark as plums and cherries. Its soft aromas reveal ripped red fruits like plums and raisins with reminiscences of violets and elegant touches of vanilla. Matching with the aromas in the nose, on the palate this Malbec depicts plums, cherries and balsamic hints with an end which resembles dried fruits tastes and a well-balanced-acidity.
